I (Carroll) have been talking to the very nice people at godaddy's customer service, but I confess I don't really know what I'm doing. Our wish, however, is to communicate with you more often as we forge ahead with Surprise Packages, book three in the series.

As I mentioned when I spoke to a gathering of women from two book groups in Phoenix, the creative process itself is a surprise package! We don't always know where a plot line is going. Sometimes, we think we do and proceed down that path, only to realize that the characters don't agree.

What I'm missing right now is a chance to brainstorm with Nancy and Lael. It's amazing what we come up with when we're together. It's magical, actually. Or maybe a case of "Three heads are better than one!"

What's interesting to all of us is seeing what happens to the families of Erin, Juneau and Deenie as time passes, children grow up and marry and the new generation starts appearing. We're celebrating milestones in their families as well as our own.

We hope you enjoy reading the blog. If you'd like us to address a specific subject, contact us through virtualsisters.net. We'd love to hear from you.
